More than two years into Russia’s war of aggression, EU leaders declared that they were ever more steadfast in their support for Ukraine and that Russia must not prevail, according to a statement.

They also pledged to "continue to provide Ukraine and its people with all of the necessary political, financial, economic, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support for as long as it takes and as intensely as needed," the statement said.
